Domestic Orders:
Any item purchased online can be exchanged online within 15 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, with all tags intact, packaging in original condition, and the original invoice provided.
Proof of purchase must be provided, including either the original receipt or order confirmation email.
The reason for exchange (e.g., defective item, wrong size, wrong item, or color) must be clearly stated.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Stitched items are made to order based on the measurements provided; therefore, N.A Collection ;cannot process exchanges due to fitting issues if items are stitched to the provided sizing.
Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.
